Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT doesn't know your roadmap. Eli's Playbook works from your assessment, your 30-day roadmap, and Eli's playbooks and calculators, so its answers fit where you are this week. And there's a real founder behind it.
Is this a course?
No. There are no hours of video to sit through. It's a working system: short playbooks paired with an output, AI tools that apply them to your business, and templates you can use today.
Do I pay for templates one at a time?
No. Builder comes with every template in the Store, 103 so far, and none of them is sold on its own. The free plan has 31 of them.
Are AI employees real people?
No. We call them AI employees because each one has a job, but they're software that 127 runs for you. They aren't people, and none of what they make is professional advice. Nothing one drafts is sent, posted or changed in your accounts until you say OK.
What if it's not for me?
You have 14 days after your first paid Builder charge to change your mind. Email hello@127group.io and we'll refund it in full to your card; the membership ends with it. Once per person. This doesn't apply to the Founder's Circle.
Who is 127 for?

How is Eli's Playbook different from a regular AI chat?
It's built on Eli's principles, his frameworks and the 127 library, and it knows your stage, goal and constraints from the assessment. It's direct and will push back on a weak plan. It won't give financial, legal or tax advice.
How does the Founder's Circle work?
Four committed founders, by application. A weekly 45-minute call with Eli: everyone reports their number and last week's commitments on a Scorecard, two members get a 13-minute hot seat, and everyone leaves with commitments for next week.
